RNI Services Nurse Testimonials
I’ve been a nurse with RNI Infusion Services from when the company was first started. I can truly say it’s been an opportunity that has turned into something that is truly meaningful and has shaped a great part of who I am as a nurse and a person. The relationships that have been fostered with my patients and their family members that I have met on the way are unique. I’m told often how much they appreciate what I do for them, but honestly, these patients don’t realize what they do for me by showing their gratitude and seeing the progress that they achieve through infusion each cycle. RNI allows me to be independent and autonomous while at the same time providing such a supportive working environment.
Choosing a career in healthcare was an easy choice for me. I enjoy working with people and making a meaningful difference in their lives. I have been fortunate enough to care for patients in a variety of settings. My favorite being home infusion. Because it is a one on one setting , I can really get to know them and help them and their families many ways. A meaningful experience for me was being invited to the patient’s daughter’s wedding ! RNI is a great company to work for. Everyone is so helpful and nice. The management team go out of their way to assist in any situation.
"After 30 years as a nurse, making the change from hospital nursing to the homecare environment was a very difficult decision with many "what ifs" to consider. As a nurse, I knew the impact that I could have on the patient's life, but I was unaware of the impact these patients would have on my life. I don't just have a dozen or more patients, I am a member of a dozen or more families. Every time I go to an infusion, it feels like coming home. When asked how I like my job, my husband always jumps in the conversation and says "she has found her niche and I have never seen her happier". I couldn't agree more."
